A Little About the Book

Little Turtle and the Changing Sea by Becky Davies and illustrated by Jennie Poh @jenniepohillustration follows a little turtle from birth across the ocean. She loves the ocean. She loves all the animals in the sea and she loves that the ocean is full of color. As she continues to explore the sea, she notices some changes each day. The ocean starts to get darker and filled with plastic as she tries to make her way back to her birthplace. She gets tangled up in a net one day. Can local divers help little turtle while cleaning the beach?🐢🐢🐢

My Thoughts

This book can be a great conversation starter for what’s currently happening in our oceans. Ways we can all help can be discussed, as well. I love the end papers of this book! The sea turtles are so adorable! The back matter includes ways we can help which I love.
